Garden View Care Center is a 90 bed facility that is licensed by the State of Iowa and is inspected yearly by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. We offer private and semi-private rooms.

Garden View started admitting residents in December 1971 with a total occupancy of 50. A major addition was built in 1975 bringing the total occupancy to 101 beds.

Ever changing and updating, in 1995, Garden View redecorated the entire facility and built a new state of the art kitchen, relocated a dining room and created a rehabilitation room for the increasing demand for physical and occupational therapy.

On April 1, 2004, Garden View became approved to provide Skilled Care under the Medicare program. With the addition of skilled beds, Garden View offers another service to the area of residents.

Garden View Care Center welcomes all persons in need of it's services without regard to race, age, handicap, color, national origin, ancestry, religion or sex, and will make no determinations regarding admissions or discharges based upon such factors. We accept private pay individuals and Iowa Medicaid (Title XIX) but do not discriminate against either.
